Important information about appointments
1. Confirming your appointment
All bookings require a confirmation. Booking reminders are sent prior to appointments via email & text. Please confirm by replying via email or via the business contact number. If you have not received confirmation from us within 24 hours please contact us.
2. Poc - price on consultations
We do not quote over the phone, emails or via our social media platforms. As we require to visually see the condition and current outlook of your hair before giving our advice. Please book in for your obligation free consultation.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel 48 hours before your booking will incur 30% service charge. Failure to not attend your appointment will incur 100% service charge.
4. Our 7 day policy
Our 3 day policy if at any time you feel dissatisfied with one of our services please call us to discuss the matter directly. We will happily organize a consultation to address the matter.
5. Covid virus policy
Due to Covid 19, we will adhere to all NSW government requirements to ensure the well being of guests and staff within our premises.
6. Skin conditions
If you have any skin conditions or concerns that may affect the performance of our hair colour you will need to come in for a 48 hour colour patch test. Once results are clear you may go ahead with your booking.
7. Running late
It is important to appreciate that our salon runs on exact times to avoid inconveniencing our scheduled appointments. We ask for you to contact us if you are running late for your appointment.

– City & local buses nearby
9. Hair extensions & special orders
We offer 2 types of hair extension brands. All extension clients are required to have a consultation at least 2-3 days prior to your booking to allow adequate time for the correct colours to arrive.
10. Diy colour - do it yourself
Galen Colour takes no responsibility for DIY hair colourants done on your own time. If you have had a service with us and decide to do your own hair colour or add chemicals of any sort we do not take fault on any damages or colour changes upon return to the salon.
